HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH?

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

In order to provide the best possible value for money we are an online business only. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about our products.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM MADE PIECES?:

Yes we do.  Please contact us at robertamassey@hotmail.co.uk to discuss your individual needs.  Also, please note that you can fully customise all handmade clutch bags (exterior and interior colour, personalisation etc) on our product pages before adding your item to your cart.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?:

We expect payment via Apple Pay and all major Credit or Debit cards.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO PLACE AN ORDER?:

No you do not.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?:

If you are in the UK, your order will be processed in 1-3 working days. If standard delivery is selected at the checkout, then delivery will be a further 2-3 working days.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY?:

Yes, you can select next day delivery at the checkout.  Orders must be placed before 11am to qualify for next day delivery.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?:
Yes, we ship all around the world.  It costs £7.95 to ship to the EU and £14.95 to ship to any other country world wide. Express Courier shipping (1-3 business days delivery worldwide) is calculated by individual country and can be selected at checkout.

HOW LONG DO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Once shipped, orders usually take 3-5 working days to arrive in the EU and 1-2 weeks to arrive worldwide.  Please note that this is guidance only and orders can take longer than this.  An order will not be considered 'lost in the mail' until 6 weeks after shipping.

DO YOU OFFER AN EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?

Yes we do. Courier charges are dependent on your country of residence - please select this option at the checkout and the correct charge will be

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS TO TRY ON?

As a small business we do not encourage 'buy to return' shopping.  Please note that earrings are not returnable unless faulty due to hygiene reasons. 

 

WHAT IF I ENTER THE WRONG DETAILS AND MY ORDER IS COMPLETE?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to amend your order / details.  Please note that this cannot be guaranteed.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Please contact us as soon as possible to ask about any potential changes to your order.  We will always do our best to help, but please note that we cannot guarantee an order will be amended.
